All of our management and staff are volunteers. As we have stated elsewhere, 100% of all monies donated to The Cape Cod Challenger Club goes directly into our programs. Our staff of volunteers come from all walks of life, and range in age from young to old. Some have children of their own, not necessarily challenged, and some don't have children. All live busy and full lives, and yet find the time to share their life with our kids. If you ask them why, they'll tell you it's for the kids.

But, it's also for themselves. When you see that look of joy and excitement on our kids faces, when you watch them participating in activities not otherwise available to them, when you see the smiles on their faces, you'll understand. We're always looking for more to help out - - join us sometime for a game, any game, and when you see those smiles, you'll understand. Those are our kids, and that's why we all do what we do.
